Phlebotomist

Work-Force

Step into a Phlebotomist role in Sabie and make your mark across Mpumalanga. The team is hiring now and wants to hear from sharp, committed candidates.

What This Role Involves

An experienced Phlebotomist is needed to support operations in Sabie. The role forms part of how the business keeps its health jobs portfolio strong in Mpumalanga.

Day-to-day, the role balances focused delivery with the kind of collaboration that keeps things moving. The successful candidate is trusted to make sensible decisions inside the agreed scope, with line-management support whenever a sounding board is useful.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Sabie teams, and the new Phlebotomist will feel that from the first week.

Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Phlebotomist to step into the health jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.

Growing With Us

This role can grow with you. Strong performers in the health jobs team in Sabie have moved into senior, supervisory and specialist positions, and that journey is supported through coaching, training and exposure to bigger projects.

Training is a mix of formal courses, structured on-the-job learning and exposure to broader projects, all geared at building practical skills.

Growth conversations happen at a regular cadence — not just at year-end — so the path forward stays current and realistic for every Sabie team member.

In addition, internal mobility is encouraged. People who start in Sabie have moved into roles in other branches, specialist functions and project teams across Mpumalanga.

On top of that, the package, working arrangements and any available support will be confirmed by the hiring organisation for this vacancy.

Where You’ll Work

Practically speaking, the role is intended to operate under the hiring organisation’s workplace conduct, health and safety policies in Mpumalanga.

Importantly, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.

Your Team

On top of that, you will join a tight-knit, collaborative team that knows the health jobs side of the business inside out. The Sabie group is a healthy mix of experienced operators and newer joiners, all of whom share a strong commitment to delivery and to one another.

Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.

Line management is hands-on without being heavy. Expect regular one-to-ones, honest feedback and the support needed to do good work consistently.

Crucially, the team structure and working relationships for this role in Sabie will be explained during the hiring process.
