Whether you are a seasoned Personal Assistant or stepping into the role for the first time, there is space for you in Zeerust. The team hires on merit and across communities in North West.

The Role

The organisation is investing in its Zeerust operation, and this Personal Assistant position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the administration jobs function and contribute to the wider North West business.

Equally, the organisation keeps reporting lines clean and expectations realistic. Performance is measured against a small, agreed set of metrics, and there are no surprise yardsticks for the Personal Assistant taking on this position.

Stakeholders for this position include line managers, peers across the administration jobs team and trusted external partners. Building those relationships early makes the next twelve months in Zeerust much easier.

What We Offer

Few roles let you see the impact of your work as quickly as this one. Every shift, project and decision in Zeerust contributes to real outcomes for clients and colleagues across the administration jobs space in North West.

In addition, the company reinvests in its people: paid training, internal moves and the chance to take on bigger projects are all part of how careers in Zeerust keep progressing.

Benefits are clear and consistent. Beyond the package on offer, the role includes the supports you would expect from an established South African employer in North West.
