Work-Force
A Paralegal position is being filled in Zeerust. Suitable candidates from across North West are invited to submit their applications for review.
The Role
The Paralegal position is part of an ongoing recruitment drive across North West. The brief has been shaped carefully, with a focus on delivery in Zeerust and across the legal and security jobs space.
Beyond that, the organisation keeps reporting lines clean and expectations realistic. Performance is measured against a small, agreed set of metrics, and there are no surprise yardsticks for the Paralegal taking on this position.
Reasonable working hours and respectful planning are part of how the role runs. The team values strong delivery, and load is balanced fairly across the legal and security jobs group in Zeerust.
Your Team
Equally, the team you will be working with is fast-paced and energetic. Things move quickly across the Zeerust office, and the people who thrive here are the ones who plan ahead, communicate openly and pick up the slack when North West operations get busy.
Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.
Line management is hands-on without being heavy. Expect regular one-to-ones, honest feedback and the support needed to do good work consistently.
What Your Day Looks Like
Your day is built on focus and detail. You work through matter files or post lists, review evidence or contracts and check that every required record is in place. Communication with site teams, attorneys, clients or SAPS is constant, and you keep your reports factual, precise and timely. When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.
No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Zeerust.
Importantly, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when North West operations throw up the unexpected.
