Junior Quantity Surveyor position available. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
  • Conduct site measurements and quantity take-offs.
  • Support in managing and reviewing project contracts and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes.
  • Monitor project progress and provide timely updates on cost variances and risks.
  • Compile project documentation, including proposals and variance reports.
  • Participate in meetings with project stakeholders to discuss progress and financial status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably from a Quantity Surveying Firm.
  • Familiarity with quantity surveying software and tools, such as WinQS and CCS.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
