What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure full compliance with road traffic, OHS Act and customs requirements
  • Plan delivery routes to maximise vehicle utilisation and on-time delivery
  • Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately within agreed cut-offs
  • Investigate stock losses and contribute to shrinkage reduction plans
  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock counts and investigate variances
  • Liaise with transporters, drivers and customers on dispatch schedules
  • Receive, verify and put away incoming stock against delivery notes

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid forklift licence for warehouse-based roles
  • Valid Code 10 or Code 14 driver’s licence with PrDP for driving roles
  • 2+ years’ experience in warehousing, distribution or logistics
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy on stock counts and pick lists
  • Clear criminal record and proof of address
  • Good communication skills with drivers, suppliers and customers
