Inventory Controller

Work-Force

The Role

Crucially, the Inventory Controller position is part of an ongoing recruitment drive across Limpopo. The brief has been shaped carefully, with a focus on delivery in Polokwane and across the logistics jobs space.

Expect a structured first ninety days, with onboarding milestones, regular check-ins, and an early focus on getting comfortable with the systems and processes that underpin the Polokwane team.

Quality is everyone’s job. Whether the Inventory Controller is processing a transaction, supporting a colleague or handling a customer query, the standard expected in Limpopo is consistently high and consistently fair.

Growing With Us

Career progression here is real, not a slogan. The logistics jobs space in Polokwane offers a clear runway from delivery into team leadership and beyond, and managers sit down with each team member regularly to map out the next step in Limpopo.

Training is a mix of formal courses, structured on-the-job learning and exposure to broader projects, all geared at building practical skills.

Growth conversations happen at a regular cadence — not just at year-end — so the path forward stays current and realistic for every Polokwane team member.

Diversity and Inclusion

Crucially, the organisation is committed to transformation and equal opportunity. Hiring is on merit, and applications are actively encouraged from women, youth, people with disabilities and other historically disadvantaged groups in line with the Employment Equity plan and B-BBEE objectives.

Practical steps back the words. Structured EE reporting, transformation initiatives and learnership programmes give real opportunities to candidates from across Limpopo.
