Internship Supply Chain

Work-Force

Applications are warmly invited for a Internship Supply Chain role based in Welkom. We welcome candidates from every background across Free State who are ready to grow with us.

About the Opportunity

The Internship Supply Chain vacancy forms part of how the Welkom branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the in-service training side of the business moving forward.

Crucially, the organisation keeps reporting lines clean and expectations realistic. Performance is measured against a small, agreed set of metrics, and there are no surprise yardsticks for the Internship Supply Chain taking on this position.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Welkom teams, and the new Internship Supply Chain will feel that from the first week.

Our Commitment to Transformation

Equally, the organisation supports a respectful workplace. Applications are welcome from suitably qualified candidates across Free State, and recruitment is intended to be fair and transparent.

Beyond that, the hiring organisation’s applicable employment-equity and inclusion practices will be explained in the final vacancy details for Free State.

Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Welkom.

Your Team

You will join a tight-knit, collaborative team that knows the in-service training side of the business inside out. The Welkom group is a healthy mix of experienced operators and newer joiners, all of whom share a strong commitment to delivery and to one another.

Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.
