Job Description:
We are offering an Apprentice Mason position in Durban for individuals interested in starting a career in masonry. This role provides hands-on training and experience in masonry and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with masonry tasks including laying bricks, blocks, and stone.
- Support the preparation of materials and tools required for masonry work.
- Learn and apply masonry techniques and safety standards under supervision.
- Help with inspecting and maintaining masonry tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Enrollment in a Masonry Apprenticeship Program or relevant technical course.
- Basic understanding of masonry principles and safety procedures.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Good manual skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
