Internship Health Sciences

Work-Force

The organisation is recruiting a Internship Health Sciences for its Bethlehem operation. The role forms part of a wider in-service training portfolio across Free State.

About This Position

In addition, the Internship Health Sciences position is part of an ongoing recruitment drive across Free State. The brief has been shaped carefully, with a focus on delivery in Bethlehem and across the in-service training space.

Day-to-day, the role balances focused delivery with the kind of collaboration that keeps things moving. The successful candidate is trusted to make sensible decisions inside the agreed scope, with line-management support whenever a sounding board is useful.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Bethlehem teams, and the new Internship Health Sciences will feel that from the first week.

Diversity and Inclusion

Inclusion is a core part of how the team operates. This is an equal-opportunity employer, and candidates from all communities โ€” including women, youth and persons living with disabilities โ€” are encouraged to apply for this role in Bethlehem.

Practical steps back the words. Structured EE reporting, transformation initiatives and learnership programmes give real opportunities to candidates from across Free State.

B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.
