Job Description:
We are seeking In-Service Training candidates for IT Support roles in Cape Town. This training program is designed to offer hands-on experience in IT support, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and customer service within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of IT systems and applications.
- Maintain and update documentation for IT procedures and solutions.
- Support end-users with technical issues and provide training as needed.
- Participate in IT projects and contribute to the development of IT solutions.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an IT or related degree program.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
