Whether you are a seasoned Housekeeping Supervisor or stepping into the role for the first time, there is space for you in Bela-Bela. The team hires on merit and across communities in Limpopo.

About the Opportunity

The organisation is investing in its Bela-Bela operation, and this Housekeeping Supervisor position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the hospitality jobs function and contribute to the wider Limpopo business.

Communication runs both ways. Managers across the hospitality jobs team in Limpopo make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.

Quality is everyone’s job. Whether the Housekeeping Supervisor is processing a transaction, supporting a colleague or handling a customer query, the standard expected in Limpopo is consistently high and consistently fair.

Diversity and Inclusion

Inclusion is a core part of how the team operates. This is an equal-opportunity employer, and candidates from all communities — including women, youth and persons living with disabilities — are encouraged to apply for this role in Bela-Bela.

Practical steps back the words. Structured EE reporting, transformation initiatives and learnership programmes give real opportunities to candidates from across Limpopo.

Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Bela-Bela.

Day in the Life

Your shift usually starts with a brief from the duty manager, a quick station check and a look at the day’s bookings or specials. As guests arrive, you slip into a steady rhythm — warm welcomes, accurate orders and seamless coordination with the kitchen and bar. Service peaks demand calm focus and tight teamwork, and quieter moments are spent resetting tables, polishing glassware or training a new starter. When the last guest leaves happy, you know you have delivered a memorable hospitality experience.

In addition, the Bela-Bela office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.

No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Bela-Bela.
