Work-Force is currently seeking a Filling Station Attendant to join a busy filling station team in Johannesburg. As a Filling Station Attendant, you will provide customer service to drivers by filling fuel tanks, checking vehicle fluids, and handling payments.
Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for:
• Fueling Vehicles: Assisting customers with refueling their vehicles, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Fluid Checks: Checking oil, water, and other vehicle fluids when requested by the customer.
• Customer Service: Providing excellent service, answering questions, and handling customer requests.
• Payments: Processing cash or card payments for fuel and other services.
• Site Maintenance: Keeping the forecourt clean and ensuring the pumps are in good working order.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
• Customer Service Skills: A friendly and approachable attitude with customers.
