Customer Care Legal Liaison

Job Purpose: The Customer Care Legal Liaison will provide essential legal support and guidance to ensure compliance with laws and regulations concerning customer interactions. This role involves managing legal inquiries, collaborating with the legal team on relevant matters, and developing resources to support the customer care team.

Responsibilities:

• Legal Guidance:
  • Review and provide legal guidance on customer care policies and procedures to ensure they align with current laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements related to customer interactions.
• Issue Handling:
  • Address and resolve legal inquiries or issues arising from customer interactions or external parties.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to handle complex legal matters related to customer care.
• Documentation and Training:
  • Develop and maintain legal documents and resources to support the customer care team.
  • Train and educate customer care team members on legal compliance requirements and best practices.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal departments, including legal and customer care teams, to address and resolve legal issues efficiently.
  • Ensure that customer care practices are up-to-date with the latest legal standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in a legal role or customer care role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to customer interactions.
• Skills:
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail, including accurate spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
