Job Description:

We are hiring a dependable Courier for our Cape Town team. The Courier will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver packages and documents to designated locations.
• Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Ensure vehicle is clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in courier or delivery services is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy packages.
