Quality is everyone’s job. Whether the Risk and Compliance Analyst is processing a transaction, supporting a colleague or handling a customer query, the standard expected in Western Cape is consistently high and consistently fair.

Importantly, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Knysna also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.

Your Team

You will join a tight-knit, collaborative team that knows the legal and security jobs side of the business inside out. The Knysna group is a healthy mix of experienced operators and newer joiners, all of whom share a strong commitment to delivery and to one another.

When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.

No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Knysna.

Crucially, the Knysna office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.
