Job Description:
We are offering an Apprentice Glazier position in East London for individuals interested in starting a career in glazing. This role provides practical training and experience in glass installation and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with installing, repairing, and replacing glass in windows, doors, and other structures.
- Support with measuring, cutting, and fitting glass according to specifications.
- Learn and apply glazing techniques and safety standards under supervision.
- Help with inspecting and maintaining glazing tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Enrollment in a Glazing Apprenticeship Program or relevant technical course.
- Basic knowledge of glazing principles and safety procedures.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Good manual skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
