Work-Force
Applications are warmly invited for a Treasury Analyst role based in Bethal. We welcome candidates from every background across Mpumalanga who are ready to grow with us.
What This Role Involves
This Treasury Analyst role has been briefed against a clear set of outcomes for Bethal. The successful candidate will work alongside an established team and will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the finance jobs pipeline across Mpumalanga.
Day-to-day, the role balances focused delivery with the kind of collaboration that keeps things moving. The successful candidate is trusted to make sensible decisions inside the agreed scope, with line-management support whenever a sounding board is useful.
Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Treasury Analyst to step into the finance jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.
Where You’ll Work
The environment is structured and deadline-driven, with peaks around month-end, year-end and audit cycles. The wider team is collaborative, but focused work is the norm.
Notably, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.
Health, safety and well-being are taken seriously. Current policies and procedures are maintained, and the Bethal site adheres to the standards expected of a responsible South African employer.
Our Commitment to Transformation
Equally, the organisation is committed to transformation and equal opportunity. Hiring is on merit, and applications are actively encouraged from women, youth, people with disabilities and other historically disadvantaged groups in line with the Employment Equity plan and B-BBEE objectives.
Practical steps back the words. Structured EE reporting, transformation initiatives and learnership programmes give real opportunities to candidates from across Mpumalanga.
Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Bethal.
