We are seeking a Trainee Welder in Pretoria to join our team and start a career in welding. This role provides hands-on training and experience in various welding techniques and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and arc welding under supervision.
- Support the preparation and cleaning of metal surfaces for welding.
- Learn and apply welding techniques, safety practices, and industry standards.
- Help with inspecting welds for quality and consistency.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
Qualifications:
- Enrollment in a Welding Training Program or relevant technical course.
- Basic understanding of welding principles and safety procedures.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Good manual skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
