The organisation is recruiting a Static Guard for its Jeffreys Bay operation. The role forms part of a wider legal and security jobs portfolio across Eastern Cape.

What This Role Involves

On top of that, the Static Guard position is part of an ongoing recruitment drive across Eastern Cape. The brief has been shaped carefully, with a focus on delivery in Jeffreys Bay and across the legal and security jobs space.

Beyond that, the organisation keeps reporting lines clean and expectations realistic. Performance is measured against a small, agreed set of metrics, and there are no surprise yardsticks for the Static Guard taking on this position.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Jeffreys Bay teams, and the new Static Guard will feel that from the first week.

Your Workplace

Notably, the environment is process-driven and regulation-aware. Whether you are at a desk or on site, attention to detail, calm conduct and accurate reporting are non-negotiable.

A respectful, professional environment is the standard in Eastern Cape. Bullying, harassment and unfair conduct have no place here, and managers are trained to act decisively when concerns are raised.

Health, safety and well-being are taken seriously. Current policies and procedures are maintained, and the Jeffreys Bay site adheres to the standards expected of a responsible South African employer.

Equal Opportunity

Inclusion is a core part of how the team operates. This is an equal-opportunity employer, and candidates from all communities — including women, youth and persons living with disabilities — are encouraged to apply for this role in Jeffreys Bay.

Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Jeffreys Bay.

Practical steps back the words. Structured EE reporting, transformation initiatives and learnership programmes give real opportunities to candidates from across Eastern Cape.

Based in Jeffreys Bay

Jeffreys Bay continues to grow as an employment hub in Eastern Cape, with within the Coega Industrial Development Zone. This role gives you a foothold in one of its busier business communities, with access to the local services, suppliers and partners that keep the work moving.

If you are relocating, the team can share practical pointers on neighbourhoods, transport and the typical pace of life in Jeffreys Bay, Eastern Cape.
