What This Role Involves

This Static Guard role has been briefed against a clear set of outcomes for Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will work alongside an established team and will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the legal and security jobs pipeline across Western Cape.

Day-to-day, the role balances focused delivery with the kind of collaboration that keeps things moving. The successful candidate is trusted to make sensible decisions inside the agreed scope, with line-management support whenever a sounding board is useful.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Stellenbosch teams, and the new Static Guard will feel that from the first week.

Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Static Guard to step into the legal and security jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.

Day in the Life

Your day is built on focus and detail. You work through matter files or post lists, review evidence or contracts and check that every required record is in place. Communication with site teams, attorneys, clients or SAPS is constant, and you keep your reports factual, precise and timely. When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.

No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Stellenbosch.

The Stellenbosch office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.

In addition, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when Western Cape operations throw up the unexpected.
