Work-Force
Applications are warmly invited for a Static Guard role based in Douglas. We welcome candidates from every background across Northern Cape who are ready to grow with us.
The Role
The Static Guard position is part of an ongoing recruitment drive across Northern Cape. The brief has been shaped carefully, with a focus on delivery in Douglas and across the legal and security jobs space.
Communication runs both ways. Managers across the legal and security jobs team in Northern Cape make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.
Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Static Guard to step into the legal and security jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.
What Your Day Looks Like
Your day is built on focus and detail. You work through matter files or post lists, review evidence or contracts and check that every required record is in place. Communication with site teams, attorneys, clients or SAPS is constant, and you keep your reports factual, precise and timely. When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.
On top of that, the Douglas office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.
Equally, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when Northern Cape operations throw up the unexpected.
Where You’ll Work
In addition, the environment is process-driven and regulation-aware. Whether you are at a desk or on site, attention to detail, calm conduct and accurate reporting are non-negotiable.
On top of that, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.
A respectful, professional environment is the standard in Northern Cape. Bullying, harassment and unfair conduct have no place here, and managers are trained to act decisively when concerns are raised.

Crucially, the company invests in the people who join it. From structured onboarding to ongoing skills development, you will find clear paths to grow your career in legal and security jobs from your base in Douglas.
