Site Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee and manage site-specific security requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure that all security protocols are adhered to and that client needs are met efficiently and professionally. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills, with a particular focus on the Hotel/Hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Oversight:
  • Ensure adherence to site-specific security requirements and protocols.
  • Supervise and manage security operations to meet client needs effectively.
• Team Management:
  • Lead, train, and manage security personnel to maintain high standards of security and service.
  • Conduct site visits after hours to monitor and ensure compliance with security measures.
• Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of security activities and incidents.
  • Collaborate with clients to address any security concerns or needs.
• Communication:
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and team members to address security issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide detailed feedback and reports to clients and management as required.

Requirements:

• Essential:
  • Matric certificate.
  • Psira Grade A registration and accreditation.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security supervision, with at least 3 years in the Hotel/Hospitality industry.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent planning, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prepared to work shifts and conduct site visits after hours.
  • Code 8 Driver’s License.
