Key Responsibilities:
- User-Centric Design:

- Create innovative and engaging designs that enhance user experiences across various platforms.
- Multi-Platform Design:
- Design cohesive user experiences for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and usability.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Agile Methodology:
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and adapt to changes in project scope and requirements.
- Design System & Branding:
- Contribute to and maintain design systems that align with our brand identity and standards.
- Innovation:
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to incorporate new ideas and improve design practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in product design with a proven track record of designing for web and mobile platforms.
- Skills:
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma.
- Deep understanding of UX principles and design best practices.
- Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in cross-channel design and working within agile methodologies.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with diverse teams.
