What This Role Involves
The Security Guard vacancy forms part of how the Schweizer-Reneke branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the legal and security jobs side of the business moving forward.
Expect a structured first ninety days, with onboarding milestones, regular check-ins, and an early focus on getting comfortable with the systems and processes that underpin the Schweizer-Reneke team.
Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Schweizer-Reneke teams, and the new Security Guard will feel that from the first week.
Your Future Here
This role can grow with you. Strong performers in the legal and security jobs team in Schweizer-Reneke have moved into senior, supervisory and specialist positions, and that journey is supported through coaching, training and exposure to bigger projects.
Internal mobility is encouraged. People who start in Schweizer-Reneke have moved into roles in other branches, specialist functions and project teams across North West.
Growth conversations happen at a regular cadence — not just at year-end — so the path forward stays current and realistic for every Schweizer-Reneke team member.
Day in the Life
Your day is built on focus and detail. You work through matter files or post lists, review evidence or contracts and check that every required record is in place. Communication with site teams, attorneys, clients or SAPS is constant, and you keep your reports factual, precise and timely. When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.
Practically speaking, the Schweizer-Reneke office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.
No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Schweizer-Reneke.
