Work-Force
The organisation is recruiting a Risk and Compliance Analyst for its Bethal operation. The role forms part of a wider legal and security jobs portfolio across Mpumalanga.
The Role
Practically speaking, the organisation is investing in its Bethal operation, and this Risk and Compliance Analyst position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the legal and security jobs function and contribute to the wider Mpumalanga business.
On top of that, the organisation keeps reporting lines clean and expectations realistic. Performance is measured against a small, agreed set of metrics, and there are no surprise yardsticks for the Risk and Compliance Analyst taking on this position.
Reasonable working hours and respectful planning are part of how the role runs. The team values strong delivery, and load is balanced fairly across the legal and security jobs group in Bethal.
Career Growth
This role can grow with you. Strong performers in the legal and security jobs team in Bethal have moved into senior, supervisory and specialist positions, and that journey is supported through coaching, training and exposure to bigger projects.
Internal mobility is encouraged. People who start in Bethal have moved into roles in other branches, specialist functions and project teams across Mpumalanga.
Growth conversations happen at a regular cadence — not just at year-end — so the path forward stays current and realistic for every Bethal team member.
