Work-Force
An opportunity has arisen for a Risk and Compliance Analyst in Mokopane. Suitably qualified candidates from across Limpopo are invited to apply.
What This Role Involves
The Risk and Compliance Analyst position is part of an ongoing recruitment drive across Limpopo. The brief has been shaped carefully, with a focus on delivery in Mokopane and across the legal and security jobs space.
Communication runs both ways. Managers across the legal and security jobs team in Limpopo make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.
Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Mokopane teams, and the new Risk and Compliance Analyst will feel that from the first week.
Day in the Life
Your day is built on focus and detail. You work through matter files or post lists, review evidence or contracts and check that every required record is in place. Communication with site teams, attorneys, clients or SAPS is constant, and you keep your reports factual, precise and timely. When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.
In addition, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when Limpopo operations throw up the unexpected.
No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Mokopane.
Growing With Us
This role can grow with you. Strong performers in the legal and security jobs team in Mokopane have moved into senior, supervisory and specialist positions, and that journey is supported through coaching, training and exposure to bigger projects.
Growth conversations happen at a regular cadence — not just at year-end — so the path forward stays current and realistic for every Mokopane team member.
Internal mobility is encouraged. People who start in Mokopane have moved into roles in other branches, specialist functions and project teams across Limpopo.
