Risk and Compliance Analyst

Work-Force

A Risk and Compliance Analyst position is being filled in Soweto. Suitable candidates from across Gauteng are invited to submit their applications for review.

What This Role Involves

The Risk and Compliance Analyst vacancy forms part of how the Soweto branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the legal and security jobs side of the business moving forward.

Expect a structured first ninety days, with onboarding milestones, regular check-ins, and an early focus on getting comfortable with the systems and processes that underpin the Soweto team.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Soweto teams, and the new Risk and Compliance Analyst will feel that from the first week.

A Typical Day

Your day is built on focus and detail. You work through matter files or post lists, review evidence or contracts and check that every required record is in place. Communication with site teams, attorneys, clients or SAPS is constant, and you keep your reports factual, precise and timely. When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.

In addition, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when Gauteng operations throw up the unexpected.

No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Soweto.

Where You’ll Work

Crucially, the environment is process-driven and regulation-aware. Whether you are at a desk or on site, attention to detail, calm conduct and accurate reporting are non-negotiable.

Equally, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.

Practically speaking, a respectful, professional environment is the standard in Gauteng. Bullying, harassment and unfair conduct have no place here, and managers are trained to act decisively when concerns are raised.
