Phlebotomist

Work-Force

Whether you are an experienced Phlebotomist or stepping into the role for the first time, there is space for you in Witbank. The team hires on merit and across communities in Mpumalanga.

Overview

This Phlebotomist role has been briefed against a clear set of outcomes for Witbank. The successful candidate will work alongside an established team and will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the health jobs pipeline across Mpumalanga.

The organisation keeps reporting lines clean and expectations realistic. Performance is measured against a small, agreed set of metrics, and there are no surprise yardsticks for the Phlebotomist taking on this position.

Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Phlebotomist to step into the health jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.

About the Team

Importantly, the team you will be working with is fast-paced and energetic. Things move quickly across the Witbank office, and the people who thrive here are the ones who plan ahead, communicate openly and pick up the slack when Mpumalanga operations get busy.

Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.
