Step into a Paralegal role in Ladysmith and make your mark across KwaZulu-Natal. The team is hiring now and wants to hear from sharp, committed candidates.
What This Role Involves
The organisation is investing in its Ladysmith operation, and this Paralegal position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the legal and security jobs function and contribute to the wider KwaZulu-Natal business.
Crucially, the successful applicant is given the room to plan, deliver and review their work without unnecessary noise. The organisation has built its Ladysmith team on trust, and the Paralegal role will feel that from week one.
Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Paralegal to step into the legal and security jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.
Our Commitment to Transformation
Inclusion is a core part of how the team operates. This is an equal-opportunity employer, and candidates from all communities — including women, youth and persons living with disabilities — are encouraged to apply for this role in Ladysmith.
Practical steps back the words. Structured EE reporting, transformation initiatives and learnership programmes give real opportunities to candidates from across KwaZulu-Natal.
B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.
About the Team
Notably, the team you will be working with is fast-paced and energetic. Things move quickly across the Ladysmith office, and the people who thrive here are the ones who plan ahead, communicate openly and pick up the slack when KwaZulu-Natal operations get busy.
On top of that, the team mix in Ladysmith reflects a balance of experienced operators and emerging talent, with deliberate space for diverse voices and backgrounds.
Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.
