What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare meeting packs, agendas and minutes for internal forums
- Process invoices, requisitions and expense claims for approval
- File, scan and archive documents in line with retention policies
- Coordinate office supplies, courier bookings and facilities requests
- Provide administrative support to projects and special initiatives
Who We’re Looking For
- Relevant administrative or office management qualification (advantageous)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data capture
- Discretion when handling confidential and POPIA-sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
- 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative or front-office role
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
