Litigation Secretary

Work-Force

The organisation is recruiting a Litigation Secretary for its Musina operation. The role forms part of a wider legal and security jobs portfolio across Limpopo.

About the Opportunity

On top of that, the organisation is investing in its Musina operation, and this Litigation Secretary position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the legal and security jobs function and contribute to the wider Limpopo business.

Expect a structured first ninety days, with onboarding milestones, regular check-ins, and an early focus on getting comfortable with the systems and processes that underpin the Musina team.

Stakeholders for this position include line managers, peers across the legal and security jobs team and trusted external partners. Building those relationships early makes the next twelve months in Musina much easier.

About Musina

Importantly, the role is based in Musina, in the heart of the Tzaneen agricultural belt. Public transport links and parking are within easy reach, making the daily commute manageable for candidates living across Musina and the broader Limpopo region.

If you are relocating, the team can share practical pointers on neighbourhoods, transport and the typical pace of life in Musina, Limpopo.

Accessibility is taken seriously: where the role allows, the team works toward a balance of in-office presence and flexibility for candidates based in and around Musina.

Meet the Team

Practically speaking, the team you will be working with is fast-paced and energetic. Things move quickly across the Musina office, and the people who thrive here are the ones who plan ahead, communicate openly and pick up the slack when Limpopo operations get busy.

Line management is hands-on without being heavy. Expect regular one-to-ones, honest feedback and the support needed to do good work consistently.

Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.

Where You’ll Work

Crucially, the environment is process-driven and regulation-aware. Whether you are at a desk or on site, attention to detail, calm conduct and accurate reporting are non-negotiable.

A respectful, professional environment is the standard in Limpopo. Bullying, harassment and unfair conduct have no place here, and managers are trained to act decisively when concerns are raised.

Health, safety and well-being are taken seriously. Current policies and procedures are maintained, and the Musina site adheres to the standards expected of a responsible South African employer.
