Your Role
- Track legal and regulatory changes and advise the business on impact
- Conduct searches and inspections in line with site procedures
- Liaise with the Sheriff, Master’s Office and external counsel
- Coordinate with SAPS and emergency services during incidents
- Draft, review and amend commercial contracts and service agreements
- Compile accurate occurrence books and incident reports
- Run compliance training for staff on POPIA, FICA and ethics
- Maintain FICA and KYC records in line with regulatory requirements
Candidate Profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active PSIRA registration at the appropriate grade for security roles
- Sound understanding of POPIA and applicable legal frameworks
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and refresher training
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure incidents
