Daily Duties

  • Liaise with the Sheriff, Master’s Office and external counsel
  • Maintain PSIRA registration and uphold the security industry code of conduct
  • Track legal and regulatory changes and advise the business on impact
  • Operate access control points and verify visitor credentials
  • Patrol assigned premises and conduct visible security deterrence
  • Compile accurate occurrence books and incident reports
  • Draft, review and amend commercial contracts and service agreements
  • Maintain FICA and KYC records in line with regulatory requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years’ relevant experience in legal or security operations
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure incidents
  • Sound ethical judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport (often required)
  • Excellent attention to detail when reviewing documents and evidence
  • Computer literacy and experience with case or incident management systems
