Learning Experience & Insights Specialist opportunity in Cape Town, Western Cape.
iqbusiness is seeking to employ a Learning Experience & Impact Specialist on a 4-month contract to collaborate with an international partner from our offices in Welgemoed, Cape Town, Northern Suburbs. This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site; 2 days WFH). As a Learning Experience & Impact Specialist, you will manage end-to-end data evaluation and feedback loops for high-impact executive education programs.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design surveys, analyse feedback, and convert raw data into clear impact reports that demonstrate ROI. A key focus of the role is refining data workflows, utilising AI prompting to scale analysis, and continuously improving learning design based on performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage the end-to-end survey lifecycle, including automated distribution, reminders, and tracking Compile feedback into executive-ready impact reports, utilising data visualisation techniques. Leverage daily AI prompting techniques to scale data processing, streamline narrative summaries, and optimise internal reporting workflows Collaborate with internal teams to feed evaluation insights back into course structures, ensuring continuous learning design enhancements tailored to client needs
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field A minimum of 3 years of experience in learning design, educational evaluation, program impact reporting, or a closely related role within education or corporate learning Practical experience designing feedback instruments, creating surveys, and utilising data visualisation techniques to present survey insights Proven ability to leverage AI prompting tools to optimise data processing, scale narrative summaries, and enhance reporting efficiency Skills Required: Strong foundational learning design awareness combined with analytical capabilities Excellent organisational skills with strict attention to detail and data accuracy Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a capability to distil complex feedback into concise executive summaries Proactive problem solver with the ability to work self-directed and manage multiple timelines simultaneously Adaptable and curious, with a focus on continuous workflow improvement and process automation Note: As all business roles require honesty in the handling of or access to cash, finances, financial systems, or confidential information, our recruitment process requires that the following background checks be completed: credit, criminal, ID, and qualification verification. iqbusiness is committed to sustainable growth and transformation; we embrace diversity and employ previously disadvantaged individuals.
