Key Responsibilities
- Support managers with disciplinary, grievance and incapacity processes
- Maintain accurate employee records on the HRIS
- Roll out HR policies and procedures and train managers on application
- Process monthly payroll inputs and resolve employee queries
- Manage benefits, pension or provident fund and medical aid administration
- Advise managers on application of the LRA, BCEA and EEA
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing to onboarding
Who We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Comfortable in a unionised environment where applicable
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion
- Member or affiliate of SABPP or IPM is an advantage
- Experience supporting CCMA, disciplinary and grievance processes
- 3-5 years’ generalist HR experience in a structured environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics
