Job Description:
We are hiring a Junior Boilermaker in Sandton to assist with the fabrication and repair of boilers and other metal components. This role offers hands-on training and experience in boilermaking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the construction, assembly, and repair of boilers and pressure vessels.
- Support the cutting, shaping, and welding of metal components.
- Help with inspecting and testing finished products to ensure quality and safety.
- Learn and apply boilermaking techniques and safety standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma in Boilermaking or a related field.
- Basic understanding of boilermaking principles and safety procedures.
- Good manual skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Previous experience or training in boilermaking is advantageous.
