About This Position
The Investigator vacancy forms part of how the Kathu branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the legal and security jobs side of the business moving forward.
On top of that, the organisation keeps reporting lines clean and expectations realistic. Performance is measured against a small, agreed set of metrics, and there are no surprise yardsticks for the Investigator taking on this position.
Quality is everyone’s job. Whether the Investigator is processing a transaction, supporting a colleague or handling a customer query, the standard expected in Northern Cape is consistently high and consistently fair.
Reasonable working hours and respectful planning are part of how the role runs. The team values strong delivery, and load is balanced fairly across the legal and security jobs group in Kathu.
On top of that, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Kathu also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.
