Internship Quality Assurance

Work-Force

Applications are warmly invited for a Internship Quality Assurance role based in Hartbeespoort. We welcome candidates from every background across North West who are ready to grow with us.

About This Position

The Internship Quality Assurance vacancy forms part of how the Hartbeespoort branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the in-service training side of the business moving forward.

Crucially, the role suits a candidate who values consistency and clear communication. The Hartbeespoort operation runs on accurate work, steady relationships and a genuine respect for the people in the team.

Equally, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Hartbeespoort also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.

Career Growth

This role can grow with you. Strong performers in the in-service training team in Hartbeespoort have moved into senior, supervisory and specialist positions, and that journey is supported through coaching, training and exposure to bigger projects.

Training is a mix of formal courses, structured on-the-job learning and exposure to broader projects, all geared at building practical skills.

Growth conversations happen at a regular cadence — not just at year-end — so the path forward stays current and realistic for every Hartbeespoort team member.

Day in the Life

Your day starts with a quick check-in with your mentor and a review of the tasks you’ll shadow or own. You spend time observing experienced colleagues, asking questions and trying small pieces of work yourself. As the day progresses, you capture notes for your logbook, attend team huddles and contribute where you can. The mix of structured learning, real workplace exposure and supportive feedback helps you turn classroom theory into skills you can actually use.

Equally, the Hartbeespoort office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.

In addition, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when North West operations throw up the unexpected.

Equal Opportunity

Crucially, the organisation is committed to transformation and equal opportunity. Hiring is on merit, and applications are actively encouraged from women, youth, people with disabilities and other historically disadvantaged groups in line with the Employment Equity plan and B-BBEE objectives.

B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.

Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Hartbeespoort.
