As the day progresses, you capture notes for your logbook, attend team huddles and contribute where you can. The mix of structured learning, real workplace exposure and supportive feedback helps you turn classroom theory into skills you can actually use.
Beyond that, the Vereeniging office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.

Candidate Profile
- Letter from your TVET college or university confirming the in-service training requirement
- Available for the full duration of the placement
- Currently studying toward a recognised qualification at NQF Level 5 or higher
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Legally entitled to work in South Africa for the duration of the placement
- Reliable transport to the placement location
- Strong academic record in your chosen field
