Responsibilities
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• Conduct regular inspections and basic upkeep
• Assist with painting, tiling, and fixture installations
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas
• Report major issues to the supervisor
Requirements
• Matric (Grade 12) preferred
• Experience in general maintenance work
• Good problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and able to handle tools
• Able to work independently and under pressure
