Work-Force
Bring your skills as a Fleet Controller to Paarl and join a team that moves fast. This Western Cape role is one to watch.
What This Role Involves
The Fleet Controller vacancy forms part of how the Paarl branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the logistics jobs side of the business moving forward.
Beyond that, the role suits a candidate who values consistency and clear communication. The Paarl operation runs on accurate work, steady relationships and a genuine respect for the people in the team.
Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Paarl teams, and the new Fleet Controller will feel that from the first week.
Diversity and Inclusion
On top of that, the organisation is committed to transformation and equal opportunity. Hiring is on merit, and applications are actively encouraged from women, youth, people with disabilities and other historically disadvantaged groups in line with the Employment Equity plan and B-BBEE objectives.
Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Paarl.
Practical steps back the words. Structured EE reporting, transformation initiatives and learnership programmes give real opportunities to candidates from across Western Cape.
What We Offer
On top of that, the company invests in the people who join it. From structured onboarding to ongoing skills development, you will find clear paths to grow your career in logistics jobs from your base in Paarl. Many colleagues across Western Cape have moved into senior roles after starting in positions just like this one.
Benefits are clear and consistent. Beyond the package on offer, the role includes the supports you would expect from an established South African employer in Western Cape.
Equally, the company reinvests in its people: paid training, internal moves and the chance to take on bigger projects are all part of how careers in Paarl keep progressing.
