Fleet Controller

Work-Force

Posted recently. We believe great workplaces are built on great people. We are looking for a Fleet Controller in Modimolle, and we encourage applicants from across Limpopo to consider this opportunity.

What This Role Involves

The Fleet Controller position is part of an ongoing recruitment drive across Limpopo. The brief has been shaped carefully, with a focus on delivery in Modimolle and across the logistics jobs space.

Expect a structured first ninety days, with onboarding milestones, regular check-ins, and an early focus on getting comfortable with the systems and processes that underpin the Modimolle team.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Modimolle teams, and the new Fleet Controller will feel that from the first week.

Diversity and Inclusion

Importantly, the organisation is committed to transformation and equal opportunity. Hiring is on merit, and applications are actively encouraged from women, youth, people with disabilities and other historically disadvantaged groups in line with the Employment Equity plan and B-BBEE objectives.

Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Modimolle.

B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.

Meet the Team

On top of that, the team you will be working with is fast-paced and energetic. Things move quickly across the Modimolle office, and the people who thrive here are the ones who plan ahead, communicate openly and pick up the slack when Limpopo operations get busy.

Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.

Equally, the team mix in Modimolle reflects a balance of experienced operators and emerging talent, with deliberate space for diverse voices and backgrounds.
