The Role
This Finance Manager role has been briefed against a clear set of outcomes for Cape Town. The successful candidate will work alongside an established team and will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the finance jobs pipeline across Western Cape.

You move between reconciliations, journal entries and review meetings, breaking out spreadsheets when something doesn’t tie up. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and trial balance integrity
- Capture supplier invoices, journals and bank transactions accurately
- Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risk
- Monitor debtors’ age analysis and follow up on overdue accounts
- Process payment runs and resolve supplier queries timeously
- Assist with VAT, PAYE and provisional tax submissions to SARS
- Assist with budget preparation and quarterly re-forecasting cycles
What You’ll Need
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar finance role
- B.Com or National Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Working towards SAICA, SAIPA or CIMA designation is preferred
- Solid working knowledge of IFRS for SMEs and SA tax basics
- Experience supporting external audits is an advantage
- Clear credit and criminal record
