FET Phase Teacher

Work-Force

A FET Phase Teacher is needed in Phalaborwa. The role focuses on consistent delivery, accurate work and clear communication across the Limpopo operation.

The Role

The FET Phase Teacher position is part of an ongoing recruitment drive across Limpopo. The brief has been shaped carefully, with a focus on delivery in Phalaborwa and across the teaching jobs space.

Day-to-day, the role balances focused delivery with the kind of collaboration that keeps things moving. The successful candidate is trusted to make sensible decisions inside the agreed scope, with line-management support whenever a sounding board is useful.

Quality is everyone’s job. Whether the FET Phase Teacher is processing a transaction, supporting a colleague or handling a customer query, the standard expected in Limpopo is consistently high and consistently fair.

Where You’ll Work

On top of that, the environment is school-based, with structured timetables, a strong focus on learner well-being and a culture of professional collaboration across phases and subjects.

Beyond that, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.

In addition, a respectful, professional environment is the standard in Limpopo. Bullying, harassment and unfair conduct have no place here, and managers are trained to act decisively when concerns are raised.

Meet the Team

You will join a tight-knit, collaborative team that knows the teaching jobs side of the business inside out. The Phalaborwa group is a healthy mix of experienced operators and newer joiners, all of whom share a strong commitment to delivery and to one another.

Line management is hands-on without being heavy. Expect regular one-to-ones, honest feedback and the support needed to do good work consistently.

Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.
