What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain a tidy, professional reception and meeting-room environment
- Process invoices, requisitions and expense claims for approval
- Support HR with onboarding logistics for new starters
- Capture data accurately into internal systems and registers
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers
- Handle confidential information with discretion and in line with POPIA
- Update intranet pages, notice boards and internal directories
- Provide administrative support to projects and special initiatives
Essential Criteria
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Comfortable working with finance, HR and operational systems
- Professional, courteous manner with strong customer-service orientation
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Matric / National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
