Work-Force
A Data Capturer is needed in Musina. The role focuses on consistent delivery, accurate work and clear communication across the Limpopo operation.
The Role
The organisation is investing in its Musina operation, and this Data Capturer position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the administration jobs function and contribute to the wider Limpopo business.
Crucially, the successful applicant is given the room to plan, deliver and review their work without unnecessary noise. The organisation has built its Musina team on trust, and the Data Capturer role will feel that from week one.
Practically speaking, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Musina also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.
Diversity and Inclusion
Diverse teams build stronger workplaces. Applications are welcome from candidates of every background, language and community across Limpopo, and recruitment is fair, transparent and aligned with the EE Act.
Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Musina.
B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.
Day in the Life
Your day starts at the front of the business, ready to greet visitors, answer the switchboard and make sure the leadership diaries are in order. Through the morning you balance calls, couriers, capturing data and supporting projects with neat, accurate work. After lunch, you might be preparing minutes from a board pack, helping HR onboard a new starter, or chasing a courier across town. By close of day, every desk you support knows you have it covered, and the office is set up for a calm, productive tomorrow.
No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Musina.
Equally, the Musina office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.
