Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing: A valid nursing degree is essential.
• Critical Care certification: Certification in critical care nursing is preferred.
• Experience in an ICU or critical care setting: Previous experience is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical skills: Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
