In addition, the role suits a candidate who values consistency and clear communication. The Parys operation runs on accurate work, steady relationships and a genuine respect for the people in the team.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Parys teams, and the new Conveyancing Secretary will feel that from the first week.

Quality is everyone’s job. Whether the Conveyancing Secretary is processing a transaction, supporting a colleague or handling a customer query, the standard expected in Free State is consistently high and consistently fair.

Diversity and Inclusion

Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Parys.

Practical steps back the words. Structured EE reporting, transformation initiatives and learnership programmes give real opportunities to candidates from across Free State.

B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.

A Typical Day

Your day is built on focus and detail. You work through matter files or post lists, review evidence or contracts and check that every required record is in place. Communication with site teams, attorneys, clients or SAPS is constant, and you keep your reports factual, precise and timely. When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.

In addition, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when Free State operations throw up the unexpected.

In addition, the Parys office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.

No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Parys.

Your Team

You will join a tight-knit, collaborative team that knows the legal and security jobs side of the business inside out. The Parys group is a healthy mix of experienced operators and newer joiners, all of whom share a strong commitment to delivery and to one another.

Equally, the team mix in Parys reflects a balance of experienced operators and emerging talent, with deliberate space for diverse voices and backgrounds.

Line management is hands-on without being heavy. Expect regular one-to-ones, honest feedback and the support needed to do good work consistently.
