Work-Force
An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Secretary in Thohoyandou. Suitably qualified candidates from across Limpopo are invited to apply.
About This Position
The organisation is investing in its Thohoyandou operation, and this Conveyancing Secretary position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the legal and security jobs function and contribute to the wider Limpopo business.
Expect a structured first ninety days, with onboarding milestones, regular check-ins, and an early focus on getting comfortable with the systems and processes that underpin the Thohoyandou team.
Stakeholders for this position include line managers, peers across the legal and security jobs team and trusted external partners. Building those relationships early makes the next twelve months in Thohoyandou much easier.
Crucially, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Thohoyandou also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.
Your Future Here
This role can grow with you. Strong performers in the legal and security jobs team in Thohoyandou have moved into senior, supervisory and specialist positions, and that journey is supported through coaching, training and exposure to bigger projects.
Internal mobility is encouraged. People who start in Thohoyandou have moved into roles in other branches, specialist functions and project teams across Limpopo.
Training is a mix of formal courses, structured on-the-job learning and exposure to broader projects, all geared at building practical skills.
Growth conversations happen at a regular cadence — not just at year-end — so the path forward stays current and realistic for every Thohoyandou team member.
Your Team
On top of that, the team you will be working with is fast-paced and energetic. Things move quickly across the Thohoyandou office, and the people who thrive here are the ones who plan ahead, communicate openly and pick up the slack when Limpopo operations get busy.
Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.
Line management is hands-on without being heavy. Expect regular one-to-ones, honest feedback and the support needed to do good work consistently.
Crucially, the team mix in Thohoyandou reflects a balance of experienced operators and emerging talent, with deliberate space for diverse voices and backgrounds.
What Your Day Looks Like
Your day is built on focus and detail. You work through matter files or post lists, review evidence or contracts and check that every required record is in place. Communication with site teams, attorneys, clients or SAPS is constant, and you keep your reports factual, precise and timely. When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.
In addition, the Thohoyandou office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.
No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Thohoyandou.
Beyond that, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when Limpopo operations throw up the unexpected.
