Quality is everyone’s job. Whether the Control Room Operator is processing a transaction, supporting a colleague or handling a customer query, the standard expected in Free State is consistently high and consistently fair.

Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Control Room Operator to step into the legal and security jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Bethlehem teams, and the new Control Room Operator will feel that from the first week.
